To FLV streaming with sound encoding - audio-video delay

Hello dear All.
Some trouble - and i can not find solve for this.
Well
VLC get RTSP from ACTi 5311 Camera. For Flash plugin on the web. Sound not working without transcoding? Well, VLC transcode sound to mp4a codec.
All working PERFECT. But video-audio delay about 0.7 sec. - is not good.
I search and search... and nothing to solve.
Help please?

Using this command
cvlc -vvv rtsp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:7070 --loop --sout '#transcode{acodec=mp4a,audio-sync}:std{access=http,mux=,dst=xxxxx.xxx.xx:8082/test.flv}'

Where my fail?
