Hi every body. I probably have a big mess about streaming and rtmp /rtsp etc ...
My current idea is to have following architecture :

1.- machine #1 (LAN) acting as a capture concentrator which will retieve several cameras
then thru vlc sout or whatever option, i need to pass these streams to be served by machine 2 as only accesible points for clients

2.- machine #2 (INET) : exposed to the inet, safely connected to #1 (ipsec vpn ...) and only visible point to clients.

This simple arch. maybe just a fool thing but i thought it could be a nice way to avoid bottle necks at #1 because of several clients playing different streams, so, piping it
all through a server exposed to the internet could fit.

Any way, i do not know if any of this make sense,
.- what should #1 with any of its captures ?
.- sout'em to inte streaming server #2 ? is that possible?
.- #1 is a typical dynamic ip machine and #2 a fixed ip one so, how could #1 stream to #2? does #1 open rtpm or rtsp ports at #2?

......buffffffff probably my question is right now a mess as my head .....
