mkv soft subs problem very frustrating

Been trying to figure this out for days.
I really need help trying to get this to soft subs in mvk to work on Client PC, no problems on the server playing. Been trying to figure this out for a few days now.
I thought i just had it but then i lost it. I don't know how or what I did.

I enabled :sout-all thru the http interface:
:sout=#transcode{acodec=mp3,ab=192,channels=2}:duplicate{dst=display,dst=std{access=http,mux=ts,dst=192.168.2.2:1234}} :sout-all

And I even enabled it thru the GUI preferences in Stream Output> Trancoding>Enable streaming of all ES.

Am i missing something????
