dvblast: why does not work?

Hi all,
I downloaded and installed sucessfully dvblast but when I try to use it, it doesn't work as I would. I try to explain better. I have a terratec T2 that receive a dvb-t ts so I would like to tune it and resend through my LAN in order to visualize the video on a VLC client that stays inside my lan. To verify this thing before I made some test on the same pc (that runs dvblast and has an instance of VLC client)
I used this command
./dvblast -f 554000000 -b 8 -d 127.0.0.1:1234


And after I tried to open it with VLC using rtp but nothing on the screen. Where I make wrong? Please help me
