Streaming of a frame of VB.net 2005/2008

Hi everybody,

I have a problem in my work :
I would like to stream my frame on the network, but I don't know how i can do that...
Have you some idea to do that?

I use Windows server 2008 and Visual studio 2008.
The frame doesn't move rapidly (5 images per second was probably enough)

For information, I try to stream my descktop to do that, but there is a very long delay betwwen the stream and the reality.
In addition with that I use STB (aminet 130h) and its harder than with a vlc on a computer.

Please help me...
