Start-Time and TTL Parameters Question

Can somebody tell me where the Start-Time= and TTL= parameters would need to go in my Windows batch file:

It can be in several places. One can be:

(I am not sure --start-time is not buggous)

OK, figured it out. It's simply :start-time= and :TTL= tacked on at the end of my code.
