Hi all,
I want to stream only line-in audio(not video). I tried to do many times, but i couldn't achieve. I'm following these steps:

1) File>Wizard
2) "stream to network"
3) "select a stream" -> directShow
4) i select only audio device ( realtec ac97 audio ) and video device is nothing.(i have no mpeg-2 encoding card and i don't need)
5) mode unicast and giving an ip

So how to play this stream on destination computer?
Is this possible only on Linux os?

Just open a network stream, enter the URL you want to read. (i.e. http://192.168.0.5:8080/) I am not sure to understand your problem.
