Some people reported problems when streaming and transcoding .mkv files. The problem is there's no video, only audio. It seems like there's no problem when you stream a video which has 25 fps but if it's 23 fps then there's no video, only audio.
So, can this be fixed, is there a function in VLC to force it to stream in 25 fps or something like that?
