Hi guys , I'm able to change the TTL to the payload packets with the ttl=<integer> option.

But how I can change the TTL of RTCP packets generated in the RTSP stream ? By default is 1 I need 16

You just found a bug. The TTL option does not work for RTCP.

Thank you Rémi.

Do you think will be fixed in the version 1.0 of VLC ?

Or there's some way to set manually a fixed value? just for now!

You can change the default value in your OS configuration. This is fixed in 0.9.9
