help!! how can I improve the transcode frame rate?

after Sout-transcode I get the low frame rate (10~16 fps). the original fps is 25 fps or 29.97 fps. the commend is:
vlc.exe --sout-x264-quiet --deinterlace-mode blend
--sout-deinterlace blend --extraintf telnet --telnet-port 4121 --
telnet-password 123456 --vlm-conf 1.vlm

the 1.vlm is:
setup channel1 input....
....
setup channel1 output #transcode{vcodec=h264,vb=1024,scale=1,acodec=mpga,a
b=96,channels=2}:duplicate{dst=display,dst=std{access=udp,mux=ts,dst=224.1

control channel1 play

the CPU rate is only 30%
I try to use Mp2V transcode. it is OK.
and I try to use read file then transcode to Sout with 264. it is OK Too!

already solved. I add two options:
Sout-transcode-high-priority and Sout-transcode-threads=2 or 3 or more.
the CPU rate reach 50%
4 cores 2.4G Hz Intel Q6600

I have to use TS MUX and H264 transcode due to my application need.
CPU Rate have reached to 80%
BTW, for threads upto 2,3 or more. Are there any unstable issues?

with mux i meaned to make mp4 from your source video before streaming it, not vlm settings .

I made the same thing and cpu is also out, but h264 eats ressources that's known, I need to change my server too
from my side I get video from capture card in 720x576 and I use mosaic to solve problem if source has a problem, I diaplay an image instead of.

my source is Capture card. the Size is 720X576 (P) or 704X480 (N) (base on I send P or N signal in Capture card(actually I use DM500 to send signal to Capture card). then use VLC to read DirectShow and Transcode to H264 then send out with TS mux.
the Threads > 1 will make CPU too busy. For this parameter, is there any bad result?
I think even "encoder side" reach 80% CPU, it should not make the player trouble, is it right?

different channel in DM500 have different Size.
720x576,704x576 are P signal
720x480,704x480,544x480 are N signal
the Capture card support both P and N signal
