It seems that everything is ok,but vlc can not find video.

Perhaps router/firewall issues?

try adding --rtsp-tcp
Don't use PMs for support questions.

I think it is not for router/firewall reasons.Are you sure VLC can play H.264/AVC stream?

It can play most, and with those it can't play it will output some garbage and crash. Can you see any traffic on your network? Perhaps vlc does not understand h264 in conjunction with rtsp. I'll try to look up that.

i saw that your description "envivio"! how did you create your .mp4 file? afaik the tools from envivio are not totally spec compliant

the answer is simply that vlc can't play h264 over rtsp. The rtsp library vlc uses simply does not know how to receive h264
