Stream my webcam over the internet

Hello, i have successfully streamed my webcam over the local network.
However i need to stream it over the internet.

I am connected through a router and my pc ip is 192.168.0.104
My other ip address is 69.204.110.178

What will be the settings to stream my webcam to the internet through my router?

It's not the vlc question. If you stream on LAN 192.168.0.104:8080 ,- you have to set your router for port forwarding(virtual server) like that: All TCP/UDP queries to WAN port 10000 forvard to LAN IP 192.168.0.104 LAN port 8080
