what format command line?
1. souce video - picture.
2. sourse audio - dshow-adev.
what max length command line?

fake:///path/to/image.jpg . DirectShow is in the official documentation, as far as I remember.
There is no command line size limit, except that built in your operating system.

I do (Windows)
c:\vlc.lnk fake:// :fake-file=c:\1.jpg dshow:// :dshow-vdev="none" :dshow-adev="PnP Audio Device"
The work first parametr, dshow:// - not work and audio no.
c:\vlc.lnk dshow:// :dshow-vdev="none" :dshow-adev="PnP Audio Device" fake:// :fake-file=c:\1.jpg - working only audio.
I need in the audio from sound card, and picture from file.
