Help me understand (seven) common stream errors
Posted: 10 May 2008 21:57
Hi;
Could somebody please do us all a huge favor and explain the WHAT the following errors mean and WHY they might occur? HOW does this affect the stream and/or display?
Any insight would be very helpful... I'm not the only one in this forum who has these questions and I'm hoping this will help resolve a lot of potential issues within my setup and others.
1. main warning: late buffer for mux input (x)
2. ts warning: discontinuity received 0x0 instead of 0xb (pid=69)
3. ts debug: PATCallBack called
4. ts debug: PMTCallBack called
5. mux_ts warning: packet with too strange dts (dts=x,old=y,pcr=z)
6. access_output_udp debug: late packet for UDP input (x)
7. main warning: late buffer for mux input (x)
Thanks!
Rafael
