MPEG4-AVC Streaming with VLC

I´m trying to stream a MPEG4-AVC coded video!The video is already in a TS-Stream! But it doesnt really work well!
When i open the stream the sound works without any problems, but the video needs >20 secs to come up! Does anybody have the same problem?
