How to stream H.264 ?

Hello eweryone,
I would like to stream H.264 video over UDP. I encoded some videos using x264 codec. And tried to stream it over UDP, but nothing is played back. I tried to play on localhost with an other instance of VLC player, but it failed too. So I saved the MPEG TS stream into a file, but when I play that there is no picture too. Is it possible to stream H.264 with VLC, if it is, then what am I doing wrong? I used the windows version of VLC 0.8.6.c.

No one answers, well then I guess VLC is not capable yet to stream H.264. Can anybody suggest a free H.264 streaming solution then?

Yes, we couldn't find a solution. The h.264 streaming is working with live transcode, but if I want to stream h.264 encoded video it's not working. VLC can't find the keyframes, I think.
