Using VLC to stream to DSS and stream to P990

Hi,

I am trying to following this email thread to use VLC to stream to DSS and then stream to P990

Here is the transcode argument that I use:
#transcode{vcodec=mp4v,vb=226,width=%d,height=%d,fps=15,acodec=mp4a,ab=24,channels=1,samplerate=22050,audio-sync}:rtp{dst=127.0.0.1,port-video=%d,port-audio=%d,sap,mp4a-latm,sdp=file:///usr/local/movies/1.sdp}

But when I hit DSS with P990, I see no video and no audio.

And when I setup ethereal to capture the network communication between DSS and P990, I do see
* RTSP reply OK to RTSP DESCRIBE, SETUP, PLAY request
* RTP payload packages

so my question is why I don't see anything on the phone?

I test the same stream with another vlc client. And that works. For some reason, when I try it with a phone (P990), there is no audio /video.

Can someone please tell me what am I missing? Or how can I trouble shoot my problem?
