Multicast Stream from DVB .. Windows MediaPlayer as client ?

Hi

I am using Redhat 9 and a DVB-card from hauppauge.

I use VLS to greb the stream from the card.
Then i use VLC to transcode it and send it via multicast into my lan.

Does someone know if there is any possibility to use Window Media Player as client for that multicaststream, cause i can't open it with it.
With VLC on windows it works perfect.
