DVB Streaming to Internet Via VLC and Darwin

Hi,

I'm hoping to create a server that will take input from a DVB card, transcode it, and output to the internet via Darwin server. I'm having a few problems and what to check that what I'm trying to acheive is actually possible.

Basically:

1) Grab the DVB stream and turn it into a UDP stream (this works)
2) Use VLC to transcode the stream (this works too, to the screen)
3) Then use VLC to output a RTSP stream with SDP file
4) Which is then served by Darwin.

Basically I'm asking if this is possible?

Hi,

I am trying to use VLC to stream a file to Darwin.
Can you please tell me how you setup Darwin (to accept VLC ouptut)
and how to configure VLC to stream to Darwin?

Thank you.
