streaming of multiple audio channels

Postby fraho67 » 02 Jul 2004 19:15

As Im am using a dbox / VLC for streaming DVDs to my TV I am getting very unpatient for the a.m. feature to be realized. The dbox-Software (Movieplayer) would be able to receive multiple audio channels respectively selecting a specific one. So VLC is the only bottleneck left. Any Estimations how long we will have to wait for a solution?

The development version of VLC can already stream all the audio channels present in the original stream, so I guess all that is needed is for the dbox to support the new syntax for that.

Sounds great, is there a windows-developement-version available? Or ist just the snapshots to compile you can download?

I'm searching for a documentation concerning the implementation of this feature. Does anyone know where I can find it?
