H264 RTP depacketization source code for Annexb NALU info?

Hi all,
I'm working on the network aspect of H264, and since I'm sure it exists already in C++, I'll ask for it instead of programming it for weeks (I'm not a programmer unfortuanetly...)
So here it is:
I need the source of the code which takes an h264 encoded stream and reads the NALU headers (Annex B parameters: nal_ref_idc, frame_num....).
I know it has been done a thousand times, since there a few open source decoders, but I am not used to such huge programs, and I just can't seem to find anything in these...
