Url request for http interface

Hello, I have problems to do a http request to the http interface.

I pretend take a input from an http streaming and save this via sout in my disc, i do the url like this

http://127.0.0.1:8080/?control=add&mrl= ... ot/www.mp4}

The program dont take the sout parameter, how i do
