Watch videolan stream on a Symbian Mobile

Hi,
we're trying to display a video streamed by vlc by any means (udp, http, rtsp... whatever!) on a Nokia N93. There is a RealPlayer on the phone, but it is unable to play RTSP streams I've tried so far. The phone connects to my server using wifi, and I know there is connectivity, for I've tried another video server and it works allright...
Does anyone have any suggestions?
