MJPEG-B encoding support (apple mjpeg)

Hello,
I'd like to export MPEG2-TS video streams to Motion JPEG-B format (Apple MJPEG-B). The ffmpeg program seems only to decode this MJPEG flavour but not encode it. Is there any solution beside apple's "quicktime pro" available to do this conversion? Any idea?
