listen to real audio stream

hi i have problem in the office to listen to real audio streaming:

i use to listen to this radio:
rtsp://live.media.rai.it/broadcast/radiotre.rm

but in the office we only may use the http protocol and we have a proxy named:
proxy02 that works on the port 80

so pls help me tell me vivh vommand shall i give to vlc

at home i give this command:

-vvv rtsp://live.media.rai.it/broadcast/radiotre.rm

at office i get this error message:

Unable to open 'rtsp://live.media.rai.it/broadcast/radiouno.rm'

The answer is in the question. you have a proxy which only lets you use http. rtsp isn't http ... you're doomed.
