Stream: Hauppauge PVR USB2 Video and Soundcard Line-in audio

Im trying to stream video from analog camera using Hauppauge PVR USB2 and audio from mixer, witch is connected to several microphones.

Audio from PVR has lots of static and little useful sound. So I tested with sondcard line-in and transcoded it to mp3. This worked fine. But when i try to stream it with video from PVR, it plays only sound from PVR.

My question hereby: is it possible to stream Video from PVR and transcoded audio from soundcards line-in, in same time?

For starter it would be nice to know how to disable audio ports on PVR (or as VLC crossbar for Hauppauge says: Releted pin: 3: Audio Line In).
