streaming 4 TS streams changing all 10 seconds

Hi all,
I'm streaming 4 .VOB files from disc to multicast adresses as TS streams. This works very fine at the beginning. Now I'm changing 1 of the 4 VOB files every 10 seconds, means, every VOB is only send for 40 seconds, then it changes to another. When doing this it works fine for about 30 minutes. But the cpu usage increases from 10% in the beginning to about 80 - 90 % after 30 minutes. The original VOBs are ripped from DVDs, then transcoded with vlc to a fixed widht of 240 pixels and a fixed height of 180 pixels.
OS is WIN XP CPU Pentium 4 3,8 GHz Dual core.
Is this the same problem as using the transform together with the mosaic filter? Is there a general problem with transform?
First I tried to stream a ready made mosaic made of 4 VOBs. Because this is not possible actually, I wanted to send 4 small TS and the receiving computer has 4 VLC instances who play the 4 VOBs.
I hope, there is anyone who can give me some information.
Regards Uli
