enable a great number of vod

Hi,
I've got a problem when i try to enable a great number of vod : it takes too much time.
Is it possible to enable the vod only if request is done ?
For example :
I add a VOD with
new Test vod disabled
setup Test input ma_video.mpg
And i want to enable it only if rtsp request (rtsp://serveur:5554/Test) is done.

If not, how can i enable a lot of files rapidely ?

This isn't possible atm. (at least i don't see how it could be done)
