VLC & IPTV

I always face so often the same problem: I install Windows, (now 11) and as first Firefox and out of my FritzBox-Router a M3U - List.
Start the list, everything works fine.
Then I install all my other progs, after a bunch of re-installations I succeeded to have all progs working AND VLC with M3U as well.
And just now, I have the same old sh....: I installed Virtual Box - "as last activity on my machine- and now: Nothing: VLC starts, but there is only a yellow scrollbar running from the left to the right and reverse:
It feels just whether there is now sth blocking:
Each time, when I had this issue, I re-installed Windows, (8,9times) but now I have enough,
it's sucking. Maybe as I have no clue.
Does anybody have a clue, where I could search for evils root? Or: What needs to happen, if a working VLC-TC suddendly breaks.....???
