[http streaming related] Can't run with VLC.

hello. Nice to meet you. I am currently using 'VLC 3.0.18 version'.
Like the link above,
1) Model A : CCTV Hikvision Model
2) Model B : CCTV H Model (QNO-6032R)
There are 2 products.
Regarding RTSP streaming (open network stream)
1) Model A works fine.
2) Model B does not operate. What is the usual reason?
The reasons I think are as follows.
1) Is the authentication part different?
2) Or, is it a problem if not mjpeg streaming?
In case you need some help or experience.
