Make Hardcode .SRT from embedded Softcode

Can VLC make Hardcode .SRT from embedded Softcode or how to do it ?
Several times there is a good .SRT Softcode embedded in VLC movie, but I want to make it Hardcode so I can put video file in my LCD-TV and show subtitles also.
(maybe there is solution already, please show me where)
