VLC RTSP stream feed by a YouTube video

Hello internet, I need to do a RTSP live (with a media-streaming server) taking a youtube video. It will be on a Linux server (and for take the youtube video I will use youtube-dl). If anyone know if I can do it with VLC can you tell me ? If yes, do you know how can I do it? and if no, do you know a other way to do it (I heard about EvoStream but it is maybe an alternative or idk)?
