Transcode audio, set bit depth (24bit, 32bit floating point)

I red the page below, and did some googling, but there doesn't seem to be an option to set the bit depth, although I can set the bit rate.

Am I missing something here, or is this not possible? The standard seems to be 16 bit (mux = wav), and I'd like to convert to 24bit. Source files are tracker module files.
