Re-streaming with VLC from command line

Hi,

I have the following scenario:

• There is an RTSP over TCP stream for receiving

• On the output there must be RTSP UDP (unicast or multicast) stream on a certain port

Please show me examples how I can achieve this functionality for unicast and multicast variants for the output stream. For each variant (unicast and multicast) please advise what console vlc command should I write on the client side for receiving and displaying the new (re-streamed) stream.
