Is Pro-MPEG w/ RTP (SMPTE 2022-1) implemented in VLC yet?

Hi, hopefully just a quick one.

I'm using the VLC desktop client on my Windows 10 machine. The VLC version is 3.0.8 Vetinari and, according to the dialogue box when I scan for updates, this is the latest release.
I am playing a video file over an RTP + Pro-MPEG FEC multicast from FFMpeg, and I am hoping to be able to decode it and make a .ts recording of the output using VLC on my PC.
I can receive and play the network stream (rtp://@239.192.1.100:5000) but, from looking at a PCAP and the FFMpeg documentation, the FEC packets are sent on 2 & 4 ports incremented, so in this case 5002 and 5004.
Does the fact that I can join the stream and play the video in VLC mean that Pro-MPEG has been implemented, or that VLC is simply ignoring the FEC packets?
I saw on the bounties page that it was a feature yet to be implemented, but I think that was last updated in 2018 so here's to hoping.
Any help is much appreciated.

That's not implemented, and even if it were, it wouldn't work with rtp://... locators.
