How to re-stream a saved RTSP stream?

Hi Guys,

I am having this problem: I've saved RTSP stream using custom VLC profile in which I've set up RAW encapsulation and "Keep original Video track". I have the file on disk, but if I try to re-stream it using "Stream.." option and selecting RTSP nothing happens. I've tested streaming from VLC on some mp4 file and it works, so it is not a matter of url. It seems like VLC does not understand the file that it saved. What can I do?
