VLC stream Multicast Web page

Hi,
I am looking for a solution, to stream a web page to the TV network.
We have IP screens in the network.
Now I have a website that would be like Info Channel, and I would like to capture this site somehow, and streaming with IP udp://@239.10.10.10:5002 to network.
Is this possible with a VLC player?
