udp out streaming shows load on network receive

Hi
I'm streaming out ts as udp using this string: :sout=#udp{dst=239.192.10.1:1234} :sout-keep
Works perfect as expected
What I don't understand is why I see the same traffic I see on TX of the network interface on the RX as well
The RX traffic is not associated with vlc.exe. It is associated with system and shows our domain server as address.
vlc.exe shows TX traffic only.
Any idea what's going on?
Thanks
McL
