Can i have a transparent band logo in background whilst video is playing?

Postby 2ndgraderenegade » 20 Jul 2016 20:56

Hi all, first poster, sorry for the ignorance. Im sure this has been explained time and time again here im not such a full bottle with the jargon.

Ive got a live gig on disc. Mucked around with some things on VLC etc.

There's an option there for "logo" i think its in the "overlay" section...Anyway for whatever reason i uploaded the band logo and im getting about 15% of the corner of said logo showing up, and unless i have "transparent" turned off, the video itself wont even play. The audio will but the video will not. As soon a s the logo even makes an appeareance the footage stops. It basically ends up just looking like a poster with audio.

Is this a codec thing? The actual vid file is an "MTS" file. Its is whingeing about errors and stuff, i havent gt that far yet to rectify this.

Hope someone can help.
