How to stream from local network to internet?

Hi,
I would like to run stream from multicast address in local network to the internet. For some reason something is wrong and it doesn't work.
I've tried to start it by:
Media -> Stream - > Network, then added local mcast address: udp://@239.255.250.3:11111 -> Stream -> then added destination http with default port 8080, and it doesn't work externally.
There is no firewall, there is packet forwarding enabled. What else should I configure to run it?

Open Network Stream, and then: http://external_IP_address:8080

I assume this http link works if you use it in your local private network (maybe with internal instead of external IP adress) ?

Assuming that you have a nat router for your internet connection (which is kind of standard today), did you redirect the tcp port 8080 to the serveur PC in the router configuration ? This is necessary for any kind of serveur (http, ssh, etc.) which is behind your router and which you want to access from the internet, outside your private local network.
