I want to capture my desktop, an stream it to the networt.

My Graphics Card is Sapphire X800XL 256MB

Can someone help me?

First of all - tell which OS do You are using.
There is a lot of solutions for Win or Linux. Look at keyword "screen capture" in mailing list archives du VLC.
