Setting up an OTA antenna channel stream system

Hello, looking for some help in setting up an OTA antenna channel stream system.

I have an OTA Antenna that gives me a few channels, so what I’m looking for is a way to get them into my computer, so I assume I will need a USB DVB Tuner of some sort to hookup the antenna coax to my PC (Recommendation Please)

Then I will need a program that will read the channels from the DVB Device like ProgDVB ? (Recommendations please)

Then will need to somehow link each channel I get to an HLS/m3u8 link to be able to access them from outside my network (VLC? - Recommendations please)

Will I also need a web server to allow the links accessible from the outside?

I already have a dlink dns service running so I can access stuff on my Plex server from outside my network already so I assume I would use that as part of the http: link/address feed from VLC or alike?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

There are plenty of USB DVB-T sticks you can buy off the shelves. VLC can do both the tuning and reading of the stream, as well as the remuxing and streaming out. Refer to the documentation.

Okay and it looks like these USB tuners come with its own little antenna. Looks like its a DIN connection? can I hook a regular coax UHF/VHF antenna to it with a connector of some sort?
