streaming from a http address

Hi all .Im trying to stream a live webcam from a http site..For some reason vlc wont stream the address i have .I had to use hidownload to get the url.but i cant get it to work in vlc stream
this is the link i got from hidownload
rtmp://178.32.140.240/skyline3<playpath>528e5095a79e277100118125 <swfUrl>http://cdn.skylinewebcams.com/player/skylinewebcams.swf <pageUrl>http://www.skylinewebcams.com/skyline/s ... lang=en-gb <objectEncoding>
would this be the right address to paste into network stream ?
