streaming from a http address

Hi all .Im trying to stream a live webcam from a http site..For some reason vlc wont stream the address i have .I had to use hidownload to get the url.but i cant get it to work in vlc stream

this is the link i got from hidownload

would this be the right address to paste into network stream ?
