Audio channels

Postby freeman1988 » 30 Sep 2012 19:22

Hi!
Vlc version is 2.0.3 Twoflower (revision 2.0.2-93-g77aa89e)
I use console version in ubuntu 12. I have udp input stream from satellite with more than one audio channels. Vlc convert udp stream to http. But output stream contains only one audio channel.
Code to start vlc:

Code: Select all

--daemon --pidfile /tmp/vlc1.pid -I dummy -v udp://@:30301 --sout=#http{mux=ts,dst=URL:30301}
Please tell me where is mistake.

Hi,
I have a similar question:
How can I select one of two audio streams if transforming in a file?
(Input file is an avi, output is mp4 and all works fine on command line if only one audio stream exists, but not if I want to delete an second bad audio stream. I found no explanation for selection of audio streams)

Thanks for all suggests
