no mp3 encoder any more in Debian nightlies?

Hi,

I was using great repository for my Debian Sid:

deb http://nightlies.videolan.org/build/sid-i386/arch ./

but I can't use mp3 encoder any more. While ago Dionoea said that these are non-official repositories, so there mp3 encoder should be compiled in.
Currently I have:
VLC media player 0.8.6-test2a Janus

I'm streaming to WMP:
transcode{vcodec=DIV3,vb=160,scale=0.4,acodec=mp3,ab=64
std{access=mmsh,mux=asf,url=:8003}

and as far as I know this is the only way to stream to WMP, maybe I'm wrong?

Please help, I don't want to compile VLC.
