proxy setting for rtsp protocol

at office we may use only http with proxy on port 80

how may i listen to radio?

While RTSP is similar to HTTP with respect to the protocol sematics, RTSP cannot be carried directly through a HTTP proxy -- unless this proxy also supports RTSP. This is not however a configuration which I have seen in any standard HTTP proxy application - I have however written a dedicated RTSP proxy, the specifics of which are relatively straight-foward (as this proxy does not receive and forward the UDP/RTP data stream, but instead rewrites the destination field of the Transport header of SETUP requests).
