video get freez

this is my command

vlc -d v4l:/dev/video0:adev=/dev/dsp2:norm=0:size=320x240:frequency=647250:channel=0:audio=0 :sout="#transcode{vcodec=DIV3,vb=500,,acodec=mpga,ab=32,samplerate=44100}:standard{access=http,mux=asf,url=192.168.1.222:1234}"

after 30 minutes playing this stream the video and audio get freezing, and the message debug is "audio drift is too big"

please help me
