10 seconds delay when streaming and encoding

hi!

I'm trying to stream (access= mmsh, mux =asfh) with VLC from a webcam, and there's a 10seconds delay between the client( windows media player) and the display in vlc
I'm also encoding(vcodec=div3) while broadcasting.

Does anyone know how to reduce the delay?

I have the similar problem while streaming auido.
Delay is about 2 secs and this is annoying. I tried to reduce all buffers on the client, but the problem stays the same.

Please help!
