CPU usage increasing 1-30-50%(no transcoding,just streaming)

I noticed, that after some hours of streaming CPU usage grows.

Streaming is switched using VLM interfase from "file -> mms", "udp->mms" every 1 min. And after 5 hours simple streaming "file -> mms" uses 30% of CPU (PENTIUM 3GHz) and growing, while in the beginning it uses only 0.3%.

Is this a known problem? Anybody help please.
